

Elite Media Partners (EMP) announced the acquisition of Nationwide Sports Radio station Saturday. The purchase of Nationwide Sports Radio by EMP was their fourth purchase of a sports talk station in the past two weeks.
EMP plans to merge the four stations into one globally attractive station. EMP will release the new programing lineup and schedule within the next two weeks. They have decided to make the united station available at all four domains until January 1st. 2013.
EMP Director of Public Relations, Danny Echols, stated the following, about the acquisition and coming merger, “This acquisition is just one more step our larger goal. However, it is a large step.”
Mr. Echols continued by stating, “Nationwide Sports Radio was inconstant in their presentation but had top notch radio personalities under contract and a strong following. Our standard of excellence combined with their lineup is certain to be a successful venture”
While the terms of agreement were not disclosed, it is confirmed that acquisition will take place immediately. Further, the website will be off air from January 7th to January 13th. This will enable EMP to merge the four stations programing and schedule.
